"A Sustainable Mind started out as my master's thesis project. I found that there were not a lot of people present in the conversations I was attending that looked or identified as I do. This show is a way of expanding the conversation to including everyone."
Marjorie is impossible not to love. The genuine interest and enthusiasm this host brings to every episode makes the show worth listening to on its own. These interviews are among my favorite in the realm of sustainability making this podcast a must listen to. My first, and favorite, podcast on sustainability.
"Sustainability is too ambiguous. Every episode focuses on a single topic, explained with the help of an experienced pro... helping our listeners define what exactly sustainability is"
This one is new to me but each episode has left me more knowledgable and inspired than the last. Cheesy commentary aside, these guys really do their homework going into their interviews. The focus on carbon footprint reduction makes it an obvious choice for anyone embarking on the 21% in 2021 challenge.
"A weekly digest on energy, clean tech and the environment."
This podcast has a more news centered approach. It is more politically based but only as it relates to policy. Excellent so far from what I have heard with expert economists and policy makers as regular co-hosts. Some topics may require a higher level of knowledge regarding energy systems, but for the most part anyone could benefit from the information given in this podcast.
"From waste to wealth, grids to growth, the show digs into the impact of consumption across all areas of life. It tracks the movements, discoveries and technologies making way for a sustainable future." Australia based, global focus.
